Why remove a stump

Why would you want to remove a tree stump?

Reduce damage to foundations, paving, drainage or brickwork and drains.

Stop host to root disease like honey fungus, which can affect other trees.

Reduce tripping for children, or mowing hazards, stumps are visually unsightly.

Prevent basal regrowth and future maintenance.

Stumps take up room and their removal allows a site to reach its potential.
